Choose a restaurant, add items to your cart, set your delivery address, and complete payment. You’ll get confirmation and can track the order from your account or the Track Order page.
How can I track my order?
Go to Track Order, enter your order ID or reference number (from your confirmation email or receipt), and view live status and estimated delivery time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely.
How do I become a delivery rider?
Use Contact Us and select or mention “Become a Rider”. Our team will send you the next steps and requirements.
I want to list my restaurant on GrabEats. What do I do?
Contact us via the Contact Us page and choose “Restaurant partner” or mention that you’re a restaurant owner. We’ll guide you through onboarding.
