Ordering food

Browse restaurants, add items to your cart, choose delivery or pickup, and pay securely. You can track your order in real time from your account or using the Track Order page.

Track your order

Use Track Order and enter your order ID or reference to see status and estimated delivery time.

Payments, refunds & compensation

We want every delivery to go smoothly. When something goes wrong, we try to fix it quickly and fairly.

  • When we refund: If your order never arrives, is charged but not confirmed, or there is a serious issue we cannot fix (for example, unsafe food), we will refund you in full where possible.
  • When we use a coupon/credit: For smaller issues (late delivery, missing side, small mistake) we may give you a GrabEats coupon or credit instead of – or in addition to – a partial refund.
  • Who decides? GrabEats support reviews each case and decides whether a refund or coupon is more appropriate. If a problem is clearly caused by a restaurant (for example, wrong or missing items), we work with that restaurant behind the scenes so you do not have to argue with them.
  • How to request help: If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within a short time after delivery with your order number and a short description (and photos if useful). We will investigate and keep you updated.
