GrabEats — iOS End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective: April 23, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (“you”, “user”) and GrabEats Technologies Limited (“GrabEats”, “we”, “us”) for the GrabEats mobile application for Apple iOS (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App from the Apple App Store or otherwise, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This EULA applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you obtained the App through the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user terms for licensed applications may also apply — see Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) as referenced in the App Store.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA, GrabEats grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service, solely to access GrabEats services in accordance with our published policies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. Without limitation, you must not: (a) circumvent technical protections, jailbreak-required abuse, or interfere with the App’s security; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks; (c) use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; (d) scrape, automate, or overload our systems beyond normal consumer use; (e) circumvent security, payment, or access controls; (f) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Updates and changes

We may provide updates through the App Store or in-app update flows. Continued use after we post an updated EULA or Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.

5. Third-party services

The App may rely on Apple services (e.g. push notifications, in-app purchases if offered, Sign in with Apple if enabled) and other vendors. See our Third-party SDKs & services summary and Data sharing disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The App, branding, and related content are owned by GrabEats or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrabEats and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the App is limited as permitted by law and, where the App is offered without a separate fee, may be limited to zero except where prohibited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify GrabEats against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this EULA, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your account if you breach this EULA, create risk or legal exposure, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Apple

This EULA is between you and GrabEats only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA solely to enforce its terms against you if necessary; upon your acceptance, Apple may rely on such beneficiary rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise, this EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
